1.1 Unused and Unworn Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in unused and unworn condition, free from any stains, odours, or damage, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

1.2 Unboxing Video: For return request orders, we may require customers to provide a 360-degree unboxing video as part of the return process. The unboxing video should demonstrate the item’s condition and packaging upon receipt. Our Customer Support team will provide instructions on how to submit the unboxing video, if applicable.

1.3 Timeframe: You may initiate a return within 10 days from the date of delivery.

2. Return Process:

2.1 Contact Customer Support: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team within the specified timeframe, providing your order details and the reason for the return via WhatsApp or e-mail.

2.2 Return Authorization: Our Customer Support team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed with the return.

2.3 Packaging and Shipping: Securely package the item(s) and include the RA number on the package. Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our Customer Support team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

3. Refunds:

3.1 Inspection: Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria stated in Section 1. If the items do not meet the criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee.

3.2 Refund Process: If the returned item(s) meet the eligibility criteria, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method or in the form of a coupon or voucher which will be valid for 30 days, excluding any shipping fees and restocking fees, if applicable.

4. Non-Refundable Items:

6. Non-Refundable Fees:

Please note that any shipping fees, including those incurred during the initial purchase or return, are non-refundable unless we made an error with your order.
